could a bad supercharger bearing cause a car to run rich?

my 1998 grand prix gtp (3800 supercharged, 94000 miles) has a bad rotor bearing in the supercharger causing friction. would it be possible for that to make my car run rich? when it upshifts while im not giving it much gas it bogs down quite a bit. even if i give it more gas it still wont rev up (especially in third gear) until i give it enough gas to shift, and as long as i keep giving it a decent amount of gas it will shift and accelerate just fine. is it possible my transmission is at fault. the transmission fluid was changed 20000 miles ago and still looks and smells fine, so i dont suspect thats the problem. any feedback at all would be helpful, thanks

lets get this right lets see the supercharger injects air into the engine huh? less air? ok now the o2 sensor sees too much fuel and tells the comp to cut back on fuel? ok less fuel ? dosent this mean a lean condition? not enough fuel to meet the needs of the actual driving of the car lower preformance sloewr acceleration and just maybe pinging (detonation) could wear out an engine prematurealy
