Can anyone tell me who make's the best quality router bit set 35pc or more?

I know these aren't very cheap in price but I still don't want spend an outrageous amount of money either!!!!

I agree that a set is not the way to go. Usually you'll end up with a 1/3 of them that never get used. There are many good quality manufacturers such as Onsrud, Whiteside and Freud. Another place to go is MLCS. They have both an economy and a premium line. Even their premium line is a lot less that the name brands, and they have free shipping. I just got a couple of their Katana bits and they look quite nice.

The bits I find most useful:
- 3/8" rabbetting bit
- 1/4" straight
- 1/2" straight
- 3/8" roundover - ovolo
- 1/4" roundover - ovolo
- 1/8" roundover
- 1/4" cove
- Flush cutting
- Dovetail bit suitable for your dovetail jig, if you have one.
- Set of guide bushings

and stay with carbide.
