Where can I find a free poker-type application?

I'm looking for a free application that I can use to play different card games like spades, hearts, chess, checkers, solitaire, backgammon, etc. I use the ones that came with my PC often, but they're becoming a little boring now. I'd prefer if it looked nice, had chat capabilities, maybe ranking? I'm willing to pay a little bit ($20?), but I'd rather it not cost too much. Thanks, guys!
