Need Help With Frozen Screw In Shower Door.?

I have a shower door that needs a rubber liner replaced on the bottom. When I went to remove the metal sheeting, the screws are frozen in place with rust/water carbon. How can I remove the screws? I have looked online to see if tapping them out with a drill would work -- but that seems a bit hash on the drill bit. Any suggestions?

more than likely the screw head is going to break after putting any force on it. They have easy-outs you can use..that may get it out. You may have to put a larger screw in next time. You may try soaking it with PB Blaster for a couple days.
