It is the absolute worst thing to jump right into a real money situation before you develop a winning strategy. Before you jump into any blackjack game for real money, you need to master playing for play money. With play money the blackjack dealer acts the same as if you were playing for real money. Got a 12-piece kitchen knife set - need guide on when to use a particular knife?

I was gifted a 20-piece knife set, which includes six steak knives, kitchen shears, a sharpening stone, and then 12 other blades. I'm looking for a guide as to when to use a particular knife - what knife is best for a particular task. For example, when do you want to use a serrated edge versus a smooth edge for cutting? So, I'm looking for a guide on which blade to use by task - know where I can find one?
Of course I did try Google, didn't really turn up much useful . .
