cordless or corded hammer drill ?

Besides the convenience of a cordless and the power of a corded one, what else should I take into consideration when purchasing a hammer drill?
Also, any suggestion on what brand, Dewalt, Craftsman, Ryo, Black & Decker?

I have both and they both do a good job. My cordless is a Dewalt and the electric is Ryobi. I use my electric if I have to drill several holes. Last week I had to put up 6 "No Skateboarding" signs around the complex. They all went into either cement or brick. 4 holes each sign.
