Are these standard temperatures for my desktop?

I'm running an i3 540 with stock cooler (only because of fear of not being able to fit aftermarket) in a P7P55D Pro motherboard. Ambient temperature ~75F with motherboard at 79F and CPU ~95F at Idle
CPU ~114F @ 40% and ~130F @ 100%. I have arctic silver 5 thermal compound between CPU and heatsink.

That's 54C - which is well below the Tcase max of 72.6 C set by Intel.
