I have a problems with knowing who has the right of way? I'm taking behind the wheel and I cut someone off...?

and I cut someone off. I was pulling out of Wawa to take a left turn out a man in a truck was going straight. I thought it was whoever was to the right of you goes first..idk im just learning

its called the "right of way" its for four way stops or uncontrolled intersections. who ever is on the right if you stop at the same time goes first. make sure that each route has a stop sign, he must have either not had a stop sign or he stopped first.
